My 5 Favorite At Home Workout Items

Working out at home can be difficult for some, as life and family takes priority. These 5 at home workout items are my absolute favorite to get the job done! They are not only cost-friendly, but truly work if you are on a time crunch.


  • This first item is so perfect and small yet gives amazing results. It is the Thigh Master. It works your inner and outer thighs. This was my go-to product after I had my baby. It helps to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. This workout system comes with a butt belt as well. The Butt Belt is of high strength (40lb). It can be used as a hip activator, arm lifter and muscle builder for strength training and improving balance. From hip abduction to squats to hip thrusts and thigh contractions, burn fat faster and work out better. Use these bands for Pilates, yoga, cross-fit training, hot yoga, and more.

  • This next item is a MUST for at home workouts. These Resistance Bands are great for any workout. This resistance band set can be integrated seamlessly with various popular workout programs. Or use them for general exercise, stretching, strength training, power weight programs. The included carry bag makes it easy to take your bands with you and do any workout away from home or your home gym. These are great for working the glutes and obtaining that physique you always wanted!

  • This Push-Up Bar is AWESOME! I was not expecting this to be as great as it is. First, I am not one to like push ups. This push up bar not only helps maintain correct body alignment, but also is so comfortable and helps get the job done. This multi-functional 10-in-1 system push up machine is color-coded for pectorals, abdominals, arms and latissimus dorsi. My abs have never felt better. Typically, I complete 4 sets of 15 push-ups.

  • Do you want a toned butt? These are not your typical resistance bands. Do not get me wrong, I absolutely love regular resistance bands, however, these Ankle Resistance Bands bring your butt workout to a whole other level. I use both regular resistance bands and ankle resistance bands in my workout routines. The resistance bands attached to the ankle cuffs provide targeted resistance, allowing you to effectively strengthen and tone your lower body muscles.

  • Lastly, a Dumbbell Set is necessary for your at-home gym! Many people think the heavier the weights, the better the workout. However, I recommend trying less weight and doing more reps of each exercise. You will see this is just as hard! Completing lots of reps and less dumbbell weights, creates toned muscles. You will be SORE.
